As you may know I have recently taken up cycling. I love it. It’s a lot fun and I don’t think I will be giving it up any time soon. It is low impact and great for your legs. You can power up and cycle as fast as you can or coast along at a leisurely pace, or both! However at my fitness level I can assure you that my pace is leisurely no matter how hard I pedal.
