C25K Challenge Day 2

5 Effects of Exercise

1. Exercise gives you energy. Since I started exercising more I’ve noticed that I have more energy to spend. It’s like the old saying “you’ve gotta spend money to make money.” It’s the same with your energy. If you want more energy, you’ve got to spend more of it.

C25K Challenge! Day 1

Today I decided to start the Couch to 5K challenge. The program allows you to progressively go from couch potato to 5K runner in two months. I tried to program before but I did not stick to it and so I can’t really tell you how well it works. However, this time I will hold myself accountable by blogging about it everyday.
