It is important to remember on your journey to not be afraid of failure. If you want to reach your goals you’ll almost certainly fail along the way. When that happens take note of what happened and why, then dust yourself off and keep going. Failure is an important tool that can teach us more about how to succeed at something just as much as having success does.

Today’s run was great. I’m a quarter of the way done the program and I don’t think I’m going to give up. It got me sweating a lot. It was a good stress relief and really felt great. I slept in and missed breakfast, however lunch was great. I had eggs and bacon. For an afternoon snack I had some popcorn and watched some Netflix. I had a delicious sweet potato paleo nachos for supper.
I also lifted weights and finally lifted 200 lbs.
