Consistency. Consistency. Consistency.

Lately, I have been really struggling with consistency in my life. I am no saint, I eat junk food and I don’t always exercise. And if you haven’t noticed I haven’t kept up the blog. For that, I apologize.

I have noticed that a lack of consistency in my diet and exercise has led to only one thing, a lack of results. I fell off the wagon so to speak and have had a heck of a time getting back on.

When I was young they taught me that starting something is the hardest part of any journey. Well, I would like to add to that that restarting is just as hard. You want to do it but for whatever reason, you just can’t be bothered. I totally get that. However, you just need to keep in mind that momentum will make things a little easier. All you have to do is build it up.

If you can find a way to build your momentum up, you will be back on track in no time. I think we can all agree that while the journey of a 1000 miles starts with a single step, there are going to be a few stumbles on the way. Just get back up, dust yourself off and keep going. So let’s get back out there, eating clean and exercising wisely.
