Since I moved, I’ve been doing a lot of exercise. I try to do at least 2 hours of exercise every day. However, lately I have been so sore from working out that every other day I take a rest day to rejuvenate. I’ve been going to bed earlier as well.
I was so tired that I almost didn’t attend my first Karate class. I drank some tea and went anyway. It was a pretty fun class. The instructors were really knowledgable. The style was goju ryu. It uses circular and linear movements.
