Getting Back At It.

I have been dealing with a bit of stress lately and not been keeping up all the great habits that have been helping me. I am trying to exercise more than I have been in the past few months. It has been really hard to get back on trackLately I have been going for walks every day and lifting weights more and more. The weight lifting has especially helped me with dealing with my stress and anger. I plan on getting back on the treadmill later today working out harder than I have in awhile. I could really use a good workout about now.

I am going to try lifting every day until I can get back to how strong I was before I fell off the wagon. I will try it for a week and see how it goes. If I can go a little long I will, if not then it worth a try.

I also have to get back at doing my C25K challenge. I have taken way to much time off. I was an idiot for thinking I could just jump back into it. I should not have stopped in the first place. I think today’s workout will be a real kick in the butt.
