Merry Christmas and a happy new year! I had a great Christmas today. I woke up and had some rice crispies for breakfast. For lunch I had some nachos and snacked on some jerky throughout the afternoon. Dinner consisted of a bowl of soup.
After lunch we opened our gifts and had some Christmas champagne. Then we went for long walk in the crisp winter air. It was sunny but still cold outside. When I got home I jumped on the treadmill and did a good 30 minutes of cardio to complete today’s workout.
