Had a pretty good day today. I had raisin bran for breakfast and some oranges for lunch. For dinner I had loin pork chop with beans. It was nice out so I took my dog Tai out for a long walk today. It took over an hour and we covered about 5km.
After the walk I got on the treadmill and did my run. I ran for about 30 minutes and was sweating my butt off. Literally. My tracker said I burned around 150 calories. When I was walking I was listening to an audio book called Buddha’s Brain. I’m not far into the book but so far it is very insightful about the mind and body connection. When I was running I was listening to some upbeat music.
