Today decided to start tracking my calories as part of my effort to accelerate my weight loss. For breakfast I had peanut butter on rye bread. For lunch I snacked on some oranges. This afternoon I had about 20 to 30 cups of tea, Puerh tea, Oolong and green tea. Needless to say had more than enough energy to do my C to K5 session today. With the calorie tracking and all the exercise I got today I was about 1000 cal under my goal. Hopefully tomorrow will be just as good.
