Keep your goals in mind

Every day when I start my exercise session, I picture what I’m going to look like when I reach my goal weight of 185lbs. I visualize not just what I’m going to look like but also how awesome I’m going to feel. I close my eyes and I can practically taste it.

This helps me focus on my exercise and motivates me to workout even harder. I can see my destination, so the journey becomes a little bit easier. When you can see where you’re going so it makes it easier to see how to get there. It makes it easier to come up with a way to get there. All I want to do is become healthier leaner and stronger. All I have to do to get there just put in the work.

If you don’t keep your destination in mind you can end up going nowhere. In order to be successful reach your goals you have to be very mindful of them. It’s very motivating for me when I visualize myself at the end of my journey.

After I visualize myself reaching my goal, I visualize how to reach my goal. Visualize myself working out. I see myself running, lifting weights, and doing other training to reach my goal. This makes it easier to come up for a plan to get there. There’s tons of information out there to help you on your journey and all you have to do is study it a bit. After that all you have to do is put in the work and believe in yourself and what you are doing.

I believe in what I’m doing. I have a clear and concise goal and I have a path to get there. All I have to do now is keep the goal in mind and follow the path.
