C25K Challenge Day 3

Got through the 3rd workout today. I didn’t think I would even do the workout because I had to get up early to go to the dentist. I had to skip breakfast to get out of the door. I was glad to get home and have some soup for lunch. I snacked on some oranges, popcorn and homemade jerky. For supper I had gluten free spaghetti and two bananas for dessert.
